Scope

DD Form 1299, Application for Shipment and/or Storage of Personal Property, March 2022 edition, electronic fillable. The DoD-wide application a service member files with the Personal Property Shipping Office to move or store household goods, unaccompanied baggage, and professional books, papers, and equipment at government expense.
