DOWI 1341.09 - Reimbursement for Adoption Fees

Scope

DOWI 1341.09 implements 10 U.S.C. 1052 for the Department. It sets eligibility, reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses, the payment caps, and the claim rules for adoption expense reimbursement. Married members who both serve file one claim per child and share one $5,000 calendar year cap.
