MARADMIN 216/04 set early Marine Corps policy for BAH waivers for Marines attending Professional Military Education (PME). The MARADMIN was cancelled by MCO 7220.56A dated 2015-08-31, which provides the current PCS for PME or Training BAH waiver framework (Chapter 3 of the order).
