MARADMIN 603/24 - Amendment to MARADMIN 574/24 Human Breast Milk Shipment Reimbursement

Scope

MARADMIN 603/24, R 131924Z DEC 24, amends paragraph 3 of MARADMIN 574/24 to match JTR Chapter 2 Table 2-24 Item 20. It narrows the eligible expense list for human breast milk shipment reimbursement during a PCS.

• Para 1. Removes "commercial shipping fees, disposable storage bags or non-durable containers, cold shipping packages, refrigeration, excess baggage fees, and dry ice or regular ice." Replaces it with "commercial shipping fees (packaging and packing material are not authorized), excess baggage fees, and dry ice or regular ice."
• Para 2. Future eligible expenses are authorized only when published in the JTR. All other provisions of MARADMIN 574/24 stay the same.
• Para 3. Applies to the Marine Corps Total Force.
