Scope

This advisory addresses Restriction Of Movement (Rom) Type Transaction Code (TTC) 104. Issued by Headquarters Marine Corps Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Manpower Information Branch (MIF) and distributed through the MISSA portal for execution by S-1, IPAC, and commanders across the force.

Request addresses disseminate this PAA to subordinate commands.
From SIK transaction. Report TTC 105 000 upon return to duty. Duty status will be reported only if it is other than full duty. Format is (A) FR SK (B) EFF DATE (C).
Retroactive reporting in MCTFS is not required for Marines who were placed in a ROM status prior to release of this PAA.
Per reference (c), Commands are still required to upload and update data in the M&RA; COVID-19 Manpower Tracking Applications for each new positive case and for any of the following changes in status: recovery, admittance to a hospital, discharge from a hospital, admittance to an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), discharge from an ICU, Intubation (placed on a ventilator), Extubation (removed from a ventilator), or Death. These reporting requirements apply to all Service Members, Dependents, Civilian Employees, and Contractors except those assigned directly to the Joint Staff or the Headquarters or a Combatant Command.
