- Request all addressees disseminate this PAA to subordinate commands.
- The purpose of this PAA is to provide additional administrative guidance for documenting changes of Overseas Tour Extension Incentive Program (OTEIP) intensive authority due to COVID-19. Per reference (a), changes to elected incentives must be documented by a Page 11 entry and filed in the Marine’s Official Military Personnel File (OMPF).
- Below is a sample Page 11 entry to document changes of incentive: “(Date)__ I understand my election to change my OTEIP incentive (Old Incentive) to _____ (New Incentive)__ is permanent and must be executed prior to the completion of my new extended tour.” _______________________ (Marine’s Signature)
- In accordance with references (b) and (c), commands will submit copies of the Page 11 entry to include supporting documentation to the servicing PAC/administrative office via Electronic Personnel Administrative Request (ePAR) for unit diary reporting. Commands will follow local policy/directives for OMPF submission.
- This PAA is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
- This PAA has been coordinated with MMIB and MCAAT.
