How to use this checklist
Items group by audience. Admin sections route to IPAC, Reporting Unit, and Supporting Unit. Finance sections route to Disbursing Officer, Finance Officer, and Outside Agency. A single item appears under every audience it applies to.

Is the unit ensuring training data (PFT, CFT, rifle, schools, MCMAP etc.) are reported accurately within 5 days of the effective date?

Is the unit ensuring the NAVMC 11621 Body Composition Program (BCP) is properly completed IAW applicable regulations?

Is the unit ensuring BCP is reported within 5 days of the effective date?

Is the unit validating BCP dates are accurately reflected in the MCTFS for assignment, removal, or extensions that are processed by the unit?
