Lance Corporal Sessions Run Different
NCOs own the 30-day cadence for L/Cpl and below.NAVMC 2795 2001.3.b Sessions run 10 to 15 minutes. Blanket-on-the-footlocker style.NAVMC 2795 2001.3.d Strengths, weaknesses, one or two targets, set the next date.
Topics for the L/Cpl tier.
- LES review and pay literacy.
- Off-duty education and MarineNet progress.
- Family or personal goals.
- Upcoming events touching the Marine's life.
The cadence is non-negotiable. Missed L/Cpl sessions are the leading cause of new-Marine drift.
Section-Wide Tracking
Maintain a section cadence tracker. Review weekly.
| Marine | Tier | Last session | Next due | Event trigger | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ... | ... | ... | ... | ... | ... |
If a Marine is more than 7 days past due, you have a leadership debt. Close it inside the next pay period.
