Scope

MARADMIN 191/25 announces the Fiscal Year 2026 Selective Retention Bonus (SRB) Program and the FY26 Broken Service SRB (BSSRB) Program. Marines with an End of Current Contract (ECC) between 2025-10-01 and 2026-09-30 receive program coverage, matching the FY26 Retention Cohort defined in MARADMIN 585/24.
