Scope
MARADMIN 695/21 sets the Reserve Affiliation JEPES Score Points Incentive. It moved the reserve affiliation promotion incentive from the legacy composite score to the JEPES score after JEPES replaced composite scores for promotion to Corporal and Sergeant. The FY21 Reserve Affiliation Composite Score Points Incentive, MARADMIN 589/20, was the last composite version.
Operative content
- Corporals who accept a 12-month drilling obligation with an SMCR unit earn up to 50 additional points toward the JEPES promotion score.
- Marines in the Command Recruiting Program are capped at a combined 100 points from both incentives.
Status
Signed 7 December 2021. The portal has not confirmed whether a later message revised or cancelled the incentive. Check the current affiliation guidance with the MCRC or the unit career planner before quoting the point values.
