Reserve Incentive Programs Overview
Per MCRAMM Chapter 2 Section 4, the Marine Corps offers incentive programs to attract and retain Reserve members in critical specialties. The Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP) is the primary umbrella for these incentives.
Specific incentives change annually via MARADMIN. Always reference current MARADMIN.
Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP)
SRIP is the umbrella program for Reserve enlistment and reenlistment incentives.

Common Incentive Issues
Wrong Bonus Quoted
SRIP changes annually. Outdated information.
MOS No Longer Eligible
MOS might have come off SRIP since member's contract. Verify before promising.
Annual Year Not Verified
Member must complete satisfactory year for each annual payment.
Bonus Recoupment
If member fails obligation, bonus recoupment might apply.
