Scope
MCO P1700.27B is the policy manual for Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS). The manual issues policies governing the management, operation, and administration of MCCS programs across the Marine Corps. It implements DoD and other higher-authority directives where appropriate. Specific operational policies for MCCS programs and support functions are published in separate directives.
