MCRP 7-20A.5 - Training Data Management

Scope

MCRP 7-20A.5 is the Marine Corps Reference Publication on Training Data Management. It provides guidance on MCTIMS data entry standards, training record management, and training readiness reporting. Chapter 2 defines UTM roles and functions within the unit training management structure. Part of the MCRP 7-20A companion series to MCTP 7-20A Unit Training Management. Commanders responsible for the unit training program per MCO 1553.3C paragraph 4.a.(2)(b).1. S-1 officers drafting UTM role designations. S-1 chiefs tracking designations against the UTM roster. Marines assigned training management roles throughout the unit.
