Standby Reserve Administration
Standby Reserve administration includes member contact maintenance, periodic readiness updates, status change processing, and coordination with member's specific situation. MCRSC primarily handles Standby administration.
Standby Reserve Categories (ASL and ISL)
Standby Reserve consists of two lists - Active Status List (ASL) and Inactive Status List (ISL). Each has different participation requirements and return-to-Ready Reserve procedures. Categories support specific member circumstances.
Standby Reserve Eligibility and Transfer
Members may transfer to Standby Reserve when meeting specific eligibility conditions. Transfer requires command endorsement and MCRSC approval. Specific procedures for transfer between ASL and ISL within Standby.
Standby Reserve Recall Authority
