Standby Recall Authority
Per MCRAMM Chapter 9 and 10 USC, Standby Reserve members are subject to recall to active duty under specific authorities.
Subject to Full Mobilization Only (10 USC 12301(a))
Standby members might be recalled only under full mobilization.
