DODI 6025.19 - Individual Medical Readiness Program

Scope

DODI 6025.19 establishes the Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) Program. The instruction implements Sections 1074a, 10149, and 10206 of Title 10 USC. The DoD sets a Total Force Medical Readiness (TFMR) goal of 90 percent or higher for each Military Service and DoD Component. Partially Medically Ready (PMR) goal is 15 percent or lower for the Active Component and 25 percent or lower for the Reserve Component. Signed 13 July 2022 by Gilbert R. Cisneros, Jr., USD(P&R).
