Officer Promotions - S-1 Procedural Page

Role and responsibility

The S-1 officer owns officer promotion processing per MCO 1400.31CMCO 1400.31C in coordination with the Manpower Management Officer Assignments (MMPB) branch. The S-1 chief tracks the unit officer promotion roster against MMPB selection board cycles. The promotions clerk supports MCTFS officer transactions and Page 11 routing. Processing workflow
