Per MCO 1751.3MCO 1751.3, Marines have 10 working days from a family life event to submit NAVMC 10922NAVMC 10922 with supporting documents. Per MCO 5000.14DMCO 5000.14D Enclosure 3, you and the commander own the accuracy of your Marines' records.
