MCO 1751.3 - Marine Corps Dependency Determination and Support Program for BAH and Travel and Transportation Allowance

Scope

MCO 1751.3 publishes guidance and standard procedures for the Marine Corps Dependency Determination and Support Program. The order covers Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) entitlement determinations for dependents and Travel and Transportation Allowance authorizations tied to dependency status. Substantiating documents include marriage certificates, birth certificates, divorce decrees, and adoption decrees.

S-1 and IPAC personnel making dependency determinations. Marines submitting NAVMC 10922 dependency applications. Commanders signing or designating attesting-officer authority for dependency determinations. The 0102 and 0111 MOS communities own the transaction-level work.
