Scope
MCO 1610.7B sets the policies, procedures, and standards for operating and maintaining the Marine Corps Performance Evaluation System (PES). The order governs fitness report submission for Marines from the rank of sergeant through major general. Article 1129 of Navy Regulations and paragraph 2500.3 of the SECNAV PES authority frame the requirement.
